At the crossroads of Orne, Calvados and Manche, in the heart of Suisse Normande, the Manoir de La Blanchère welcomes you within its medieval walls. Come and relax during your stay, you are our guests in this haven of nature and calm. The estate, made up of several buildings which form an interior courtyard, is built on 3.5 hectares of land, bordered by bocage hedges. An avenue of centuries-old oak trees takes you there. You will discover 15th century architecture which gives this place its charm and character. The exposed stones, monumental fireplaces and mullioned windows combined with today’s comfort will seduce you. The Manor, with a capacity of 8 people, is entirely private. Extra beds are available on request to accommodate additional guests (€25/person/night). Electric car charging station on site. Compulsory supplement if animal: flat rate €30.
With a surface area of 230 m², the Manor offers: On the ground floor, a large living room/kitchen, a lounge, and a suite accessible to people with reduced mobility, consisting of a bedroom (1 double bed 180 cm), a separate living room, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms (2 double beds 180 cm), one of which also has a sofa bed 160 cm, each with a bathroom and toilet. The indoor swimming pool (9x5m, max. depth 2m), heated year-round by geothermal energy, is located on the upper floor of a neighboring building and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will also find a 3- to 5-person spa and a large terrace overlooking the Normandy countryside. The relaxation area is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. An outdoor barbecue, pétanque court, and children’s playground are available on the property. Numerous cultural and sporting activities are also available. We are here to help you with your desires. Dogs are welcome only and not in the rooms.
