CNIL-RGP Declaration

On 25 May 2018, the European Regulation came into force. Many formalities with the CNIL have disappeared, in particular the end of declarations to the CNIL.

Only certain prior formalities will remain (request for an opinion for the police/justice sectors, request for authorisation for certain health data processing operations in particular).

On the other hand, the responsibility of organisations has been strengthened. They must now ensure optimum data protection at all times, and be able to demonstrate this by documenting their compliance.

The automated processing of personal data carried out on the www.montagnesdenormandie.fr website has been processed in accordance with the requirements of Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and individual liberties.
