Samuel and Aurore wanted to preserve the local heritage by completely restoring this old house and its barn, which date back to 1850. The bell-ringer’s cottage pays homage to the former owner, the bell-ringer of the village of Antoigny. You’ll enjoy all modern comforts with two separate areas, including one dedicated to games (foosball, arcade machine) that families will love. There’s even an intercom between the two houses! Just 5 minutes from the state-owned forest and the famous Villiers Gorges, as well as the spa town of Bagnoles-de-l’Orne with all its shops, services, and activities (golf, swimming pool, tree-top adventure course, greenway, etc.), not to mention the La Ferté-Macé recreation center less than 10 minutes away (swimming lake, pedal boats, sailing, kayaking, mini-golf, horseback riding, etc.).
