A modern, single-story house, attached to the owners’ home, offered on an all-inclusive basis: living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and sitting area (sofa bed, TV). 3 bedrooms, each with: a double bed (160 x 200 cm), TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, towels, and toilet. Private, unfenced garden of 100 m² on a 1-hectare property (unfenced pond 100 meters away, therefore not suitable for young children), patio with electric grill, and patio furniture. Parking with a fast-charging station for electric cars. Pets allowed upon prior request.
